Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the delivery services provided by The Heavenly café, exclusively serving customers in Mirpur, Azad Jammu and Kashmir (AJK). By placing an order with us, you agree to abide by the terms outlined below.
General Information
The Heavenly only provides delivery services within the boundaries of Mirpur, AJK.
Orders must be placed through our official contact methods, including our website, mobile application (if applicable), or by calling our customer support.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services indicates your acceptance of the updated terms.
Order Placement
All orders are subject to availability. In the rare instance that a menu item is unavailable, we will notify you promptly and offer alternatives.
Orders must include accurate delivery details, including the complete address and contact information.
Once an order is placed and confirmed, changes cannot be guaranteed but will be accommodated if feasible.
General Information
Deliveries are only available within Mirpur, AJK. We do not deliver to areas outside this region. Standard delivery times range from 30 to 60 minutes, depending on location and order size. Delays may occur due to weather, traffic, or other unforeseen circumstances. A delivery fee may apply, which will be disclosed at the time of order placement.
Payment Terms
Payments can be made in cash upon delivery or through authorized mobile payment platforms such as JazzCash and Easypaisa. Prices listed on our menu are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Promotional discounts or offers cannot be combined unless explicitly mentioned.
Refunds and Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 5 minutes of placement by contacting our customer support. After this period, cancellations may not be accepted. Refunds will only be provided in the event of:
- Incorrect items delivered.
- Quality issues confirmed upon review.
Refunds will be processed within 7 business days to the original payment method or as store credit.
Customer Responsibilities
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the delivery address is accessible and accurate. Customers are advised to inspect their orders upon delivery. Any complaints regarding incorrect or damaged items must be reported immediately to our delivery staff or through customer support.
Limitations of Liability
The Heavenly is not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or transportation issues. Our liability is limited to the cost of the items ordered and paid for.
Privacy and Data Protection
All customer information collected during the order process is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not share personal information with third parties except as required to process and deliver your orders.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Azad Jammu and Kashmir. Any disputes arising from the use of our services will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Mirpur, AJK.
